1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
– If the service has not yet been initiated or performed
– If there is a proven error or fault on our part that prevents the service from being completed as agreed
– If a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service appointment
– If the service fails to meet the specifications outlined in our service agreement
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
– Services that have already been fully performed (installation, troubleshooting, etc.)
– Issues caused by customer-provided incorrect information about the property or security needs
– Any physical security equipment or hardware purchased separately
– Services where the customer cancels after our technician has arrived on-site
– Services affected by factors beyond our control (power outages, internet service issues, etc.)
3. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@GadgetMaintenance.online
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service may receive a full refund
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of service may incur a 25% cancellation fee
– Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a service is partially completed but cannot be finished due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on:
– The percentage of work completed
– Any expenses already incurred (travel, equipment, etc.)
– The remaining value of services not rendered

– Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
7. Service Guarantee
We offer a 30-day service guarantee on all installations. If you experience issues with our work within 30 days of service completion, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge (excluding parts or equipment not provided by us).

GadgetMaintenance.online reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
